Additional information about rental rates
  • Rates are in US$ per night, week, or month and vary seasonally.
  • Guests must be 25+ yrs of age, unless accompanied by Adults/Parents over 25.
  • We accept major Credit Cards via PayPal as well as Checks by mail.
  • A $300 Booking Deposit is due at time of booking to hold the reservation.
  • 50% of rental amount is due 60 days before rental period
  • Full payment is due 15 days before rental period
  • The Booking Deposit becomes a refundable security deposit, after check-in
  • Minimum three days rental, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Rates are subject to change until confirmed by Owners and booking is confirmed.
Additional Taxes and Fees
  • Cleaning: $110 (2BR) and $120 (3BR) per rental
  • Texas State and Local County and City Taxes of 17.0% is charged in addition to the above rates.

Recently Refurnished!

The condos have been updated since purchased in 2013 and 2015. We've replaced much of the furniture, and updated the televisions, kitchen small appliances, cookware, etc. We strive to provide fully equipped and comfortable accomodations, with all items in good condition, so you can enjoy your time at this awesome beachfront setting.
